Precise diagnosis as the basis

A thorough diagnosis is the key to a successful repair. With our specialized equipment, we can read the battery data down to the bricks level – capacity values, internal resistance, even the humidity in grams! and thus the actual state of health of each individual module. Error codes such as BMS_u029, BMS_u018 or BMS_f107 directly indicate battery problems that we can rectify in a targeted manner. A supposed battery defect is often also due to other components in the high-voltage system – our comprehensive analysis provides clarity before unnecessary costs are incurred.

Battery fault? BMS_u29 u018

Error codes such as BMS_u029 , BMS_u019 , BMS_w017, BMS_f017, BMS_u018, BMS_f018, BMS_u025 and BMS_f107 indicate a battery error. BMS_F123 is an insulation fault (moisture) within the battery.
BMS_f151 indicates an error outside the battery.

Prevention instead of repair

More and more Tesla vehicles show moisture damage in the battery after a few years. Valves (umbrella valves) and especially the weak pyro fuse cover should be checked after about 5 years and replaced if necessary - regardless of the mileage. We have developed a maintenance concept that detects potential problems before they lead to expensive downtime. An investment that pays off in the long term.

It is now highly likely that the battery probably has moisture damage. Even an HV battery is not completely waterproof. Valves, seals, covers and other attachments must and should be checked, serviced and replaced after a certain period of time (approx. 5 years), regardless of their mileage.

…or is it still working? Thanks to our many years of experience with Tesla vehicles and several battery repairs, we have developed a concept for servicing batteries before they fail. To possibly prevent or drastically delay moisture damage.
